We offer wheelchair and stretcher-capable vans. Most of our vans are late-model Dodge Caravans.

 Yes, we customize our transports to meet your needs. You can use your own manual or electric wheelchair. 

24 hours in advance is preferred; however, give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cash, Major Credit Cards, and Personal Checks (with identification). Payment is due at the time of transport, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with Western Medical Transport.

Yes, in fact, we encourage caregivers to accompany you. We are happy to accommodate service animals as well.

Yes, our drivers will take you from your home (or facility) and through the door at your appointment. If more help is required, we can arrange for caregivers for more assistance. Upon arrival, the driver will notify the appropriate personnel to make sure you are “checked-in” for your appointment. If your return transport pickup time is unknown, your driver will provide the office staff with a business card and request that they call us 30 minutes prior to the completion of your appointment.

If needed, the driver or one of our caregivers can stay with you for the duration of the appointment. This service must be requested when booking the transport so we can make the appropriate accommodations.
